L'appartement est de bonne taille, bien équipé (sauf les ustensiles de cuisine usagés) Attention il faut monter de nombreuses marches pour accéder. Aucun problème de parking. Tranquillité assurée. Surtout une vue magnifique sur le lac.
Le seul soucis c est l humidité dans les chambres car les fenêtres donnent sur la roche et comme il a beaucoup plut l eau coule toujours et cela donne beaucoup d humidité dans les chambres.
Sinon vue spectaculaire côté salle.

Mooi huis - prachtige ligging en uitzicht op het meer
minpunten:
- totaal ongeschikt voor mensen met een beperking en hartpatiënten
wegens de moeilijke toegang (bijna 50 trappen).
keukengerief was maar pover.
Flat was big enough for two but I´d say a bit too small for 4 people. What I missed, was carpets, and nicer furniture. Kitchen was good, but there was no coffee maker!! It was a shame. The view was excellent, perfect, beautiful!

Nicht ganz leicht zu finden, wenn man im Dunkeln ankommt.
Garage etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber gut, dass sie da ist!
Wohnung liegt einige Treppen oberhalb der Strße, setzt also gesunde Beine voraus.
Het appartement is schitterend gelegen met een groot balkon op het meer gericht; door de oostelijke ligging aan het meer heb je lang plezier van het uitzicht. Het appartement is redelijk nieuw en redelijk goed voorzien op z'n Italiaans (Geen koffiezetter). Bedden zijn goed en de badkamer is prima. Alles is goed schoon.
Enige minpuntje is het leven tussen de jonge Italiaanse stellen; hun leven speelt zich af op het balkon en dat is soms wat luid.
